I have placed an order of Ferrero Rondnoir chocolate from Choco Town online on 09.07.22. My order number is 4134. It was a Cash on delivery order. On 12.07.22 order was delivered through courier Xpressbees with tracking number:[protected]. On opening of box it was found that Chocotown has supplied Nutella two bottle inplace of Rondnoir Chocolate. So, quickly i have contacted Chocotown through customer care number but this number is not in operation. So, i have contacted them through mail but mail is also bounce. So, i assume that it is clear case of online fraud. Requesting you to help me to resolve this case. Was this information helpful? |
