I Smt. BABY VISHWANATH CHAUDHARI, kindly writing this application regarding claim no-[protected] related to my stolen vehicle MH-15 BJ-8555, which is being settled on 10-september-2020 without my consent. But as it is settled, till date I had not received my claim amount.
So I kindly request you to deposit the settled amount by ECS to my saving account only, or if you are issuing the cheque, it’s my humble request to you that please handover the cheque to me only not even to my Advocate also. I agree to complete all further formalities related to claim in front of advocate or Honorable judge in court.
