Cholamandalam Ms General Insurance Co. Ltd — denial of insurance claim for vehicle accident | |
My silver indica (T board) car has me with an accident on aug 3rd 2017 in chennai. I was greatly injured in that accident and hospitalised for few weeks. Mean while one of my friend towed the car to concorde motors (Tata indica authorized dealer), ambattur, chennai from where i purchased my car for claiming insurance. Since i was hospitalized i couldnt submit the supporting documents on time for claiming insurance. Stating this as a reason cholamandalam ms general insurance rejected my claim and refused to release funds to fix the damages in my car. Kindly request to take necessary steps and through my claim torelease funds so that i can fix my car. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
