Re: | SR #5883159 | 5945145 Today I contact Mr. shashikant Yadav, and he said I continue forwarded your all bills for payout old 9412/- amount and latest payout bill but CHOLA MS HEAD OFFICE not release your payout amount.. Not solve from Shashikant yadav ji my payout commission 9412/- related query and he said already me yours all payout related Bill's forward but HO not release payout.. And not solved my query so I mailed CUSTOMER CARE but customer care ask branch manager, i don't understand Branch manager said I already submitted Bill in HO so customer Care why do not contact to Head office... Very worst service of customer care i only continue mail and call but not only your person contact me regarding this.. So only last option at me if complaint in police chola Ms company regarding fraud and cheater only do the work from agent but that time give payout don't give... 21/06/2021 Monday, I file police complaint and one complaint in IRDA regarding CHOLAMANDLAM FRAUD and CHEAT service..
