With reference to letter reply on 30/7/2022 from prasad atak for my complaint dated on 30/07/2022
First of all sorry to say your dealer is not aware of facts that u have told about cash payment and the way your staff is behaving looks like you are running some extortion type business under chowgule industry
All your staff member are visiting to my work place and my home without giving intimation and asking to deposit money, calling my father and threatening about if you don't pay in two days we will sell the car to other and all was going under supervision of GM sir as those people are constantly replying to phone and telling me we have been sent here by Gm sir
Whatever it is, did I ask company to make less amount of wagnor it's company issue don't dare to intermingle things with customer problem and don't cover your serious mistakes under the name of company .why you were taking booking for car then ? Is this some kind of joke?
Your apology letter doesn't do justification for your criminal acts made by your staff and mental harresment to me and my family in last two days
I have deposited 8, 73, 699 rs till time and date despite many time asking to your people and GM you are not providing me quotation for Wagnor r which I have booked in April 2022
Manoj from your company is asking to pay all amount of rs 8, 73, 699 and giving verbal guarantee that we will provide accessories .accessories which I have asked for car are till date only on verbal words. today on repeatedly follow up .He provided me list today which doesn't mention car coating both above and below (under body and over body coating)
Paper doesn't mention about providing it with decided amount. All this huge transactions are done only on verbal words nothing on paper, considering your team's behavior towards my family I got scared that your team will also force us to pay the accessory bill by hook or crook.
Despite asking and providing indent car dispatched documents and asking them to sharing to my email address to manager, he is not at all ready to share by all means
I have visited showroom 30/07/2022 morning to give written complaint but I was not provided any help.still somehow I wrote letter and ask to inward.GM directly refuse to take signature and ask receptionist not to inward document
All your actions against towards me
1.forcing me to pay 1.5 lakh despite I have paid booking amount in April telling that i[censored] don't pay it will be difficult to hold car
2.misbehavour with father
3.doing mental harresment for paying full amount despite there is no official quotation received from manager
4.threatning not to provide car i[censored] don't pay in 2days w, otherwise we will ssell he car
5. Not taccepting ustomer complaint in written despite I am repeatedly asking to get inward at showroom on 30/07/2022
All above actions are encouraging me to involve consumer court and near by police station
