[Resolved]  chowgule industries PVT.LTD — how the vehicle has invoice without full payment

The vehicle was booked on[protected] customer id: [protected] receipt amount: 5000 model: maruti suzuki swift dizre zxi bs IV/pearl metallic artic white vehicle insurance and invoice has been done on 31st july since vehicle is hypoticated to lic of india bicholim goa payment was received by chowgule industries PVT LTD on[protected] under following customer id full amount rs:638339 trough RTGS-NEFT DD/CC/CHQ: CORPR9201408/16076400 favouring done on cooperation bank bicholim but the invoice was done earlier that is on 30/7/2014 so the audit query has been raised from my office that is LIC OF INDIA Bicholim Goa So I have already paid Rs: 14549 date: 19 sept 2014 at lic counter reciept no: 1255 at and also insurance was also done earlier that is on 31st july reciept no: 24850 but delivery was taken 22nd august 2014 register on 21st aug 2014 regs no: GA 04 C 8132
