Chroma — Regarding tab 1125 | |||
I have purchase a Chroma tab 1125, but due to some reason, screen of the same was broken, i have been chorma store for service, as they told at the time of purchase, " if you have any problem, just come to any chroma centre". But they refer damage to Authorized Service Centre.(now I want to brief about Authorized Service Centre, this the place every company hired to torture his/her Client, this place, whenever you visiting, nobody can give you good response, not well communicate, not give you proper knowledge and not picking phone(Land Line or Mobile), from last three month i am communicating with Service centre, customer care, now few days back i have got a mail from customer care to receive you DOA Letter from service centre. i have been to Authorized Service Centre, they said first you have to carry all the accessories with box than i can give you DOA, but i havn't box with us. i have intimate to both of the place and they said we cant give you help with same. its happen after three month of communication. i am suffering from so many mental torture that not giving me proper acknowledgement. every time Authorized center said, chroma not giving us accessories to repair and Chroma person used to say will update you, keep patience.
