Chs — chairperson always gives excuse and misbehave

Dear sir,

I am the secretary of the chs ltd in mira road, our builder handed over the responsibilities to us and formed the society now from last 8 months chairman is tortured me for silly matters and not attending the meetings when i asked her then she said i am not answerable to you. Always try to pull our leg even if me & treasurer works lot to reduce the maintenance cost. She doesn't digest for our good works always finding small mistakes when she fails then making a group like mahila sangh then starts back biting when we call her in society office to discuss and resolve the any issues then she replies i will not well and she is always available all the funtions and parties when we call she excuses.

Please help me
