Chs — house leakage problem

Dear Sir,

I would like to request you to please go through my complaints.

Last year I had purchased a house ( Room no-203, 2nd floor, Glory CHS, Satellite park, Mira road – 401107) in May, 2017 Now I would be completing a year. I have been facing a leakage problem & I have complained about the same to my society secretary ample numbers of time orally but no action has been taken. Since after shifting to this place rainy season started he said it is due to rainy season and it is from the society building and not from the above situated house i.e. – flat no -303, 3rd floor and I abide with the point he had raise. The leakage is when I enter into kitchen from Hall and In kitchen wall. I also said secretary that the leakage is due to Kitchen plumbing at above house which is pertaining to his younger brother. But now daily there is water leakage even though it’s not raining. The owner of the flat due to which leakage is happening is currently residing at Delhi and currently rented out. The house is solely taken care by his elder brother, who is secretary of Society.
