Chup Chap Le Lo — Product not working samsung power bank and 6 usb port | |||||
My order id: 393638, received product on 13th may 2016, but the samsung power bank is not working, neither its getting charged and nor its charging the product. Also the usb port which i received is of three port, i have ordered six port usb. Although port is also not charging if i will try to charge more than one mobile phone. So would like to return the product. After that they mailed me that the product is not under warranty/guarantee so they ca not change or return the product. Was this information helpful? | |||||
