I ordered combo of samsung 20000mah power bank with 6 port usb smart charger (order id OID355611, dated 18 april 2016) but the power bank is not working from day one. its getting on and off on its own and not charging properly. moreover, the socket for charging is also of poor quality. none of the chargers could connect to charge the power bank. i also tried to cancel it the very next day i ordered it but the the page is unavailable. i even tried to mail the company regarding the same still got the similar response that "the mail to that id failed permanently". the company is cheating with thousands of people in this manner and should be punished Was this information helpful? | |||||
