[Resolved]  CIDCO — builder armstrong hex world kharghar

Booked a 2bhk flat in 2010...it has been 4 years and still only plinth is completed..
Work is stopped from more than 1 year...and every time we go they give us some different reason.We have paid 10% and there is no clear picture from builder that whats next and when are we going to get possession.
Request you to look into this matter on priority basis.

i have booked 1 BHK flat in hexworkd kharghar in 2011, and they have prmised that the posession will be given in 2014. till now the plinth is also not completed(they are not showing the construciton). also whenever i try to call them they say that the approvals are still not there and wiaitng fo rthe smae, will get in next 3 months. this approval thing is going on for the last 2-3 years. this devlopers are cheating with the flat owners and making false promised every time. can some one please help and take necessary action.

we have booked 2 flat shabana ji in hex world i am shahira sayed. seems we are been fraud no response from them.

I have also booked a flat in a project at Kharghar, by Devisha Infrastructure Pvt.Ltd - Project: Hexworld. The project has reached plinth level and no progress since then. While the office numbers are contacted I was told the project is still waiting environmental clearance, border dispute with Villagers, Commencement certificate yet to be received as the plan was altered, Dispute with CIDCO on the approach road etc. The website is also not functional. I was promised Dec 2012 at the time of booking.

Hi all, I have booked a 1 BHK flat in HexWorld in 2008 as well and am facing the same concerns - builder doesnt give a proper answer. Does anyone have any updates on this? After multiple disputes, they had promised that the project would commence end of last year but this also looks like a failed promise.Please share any details of conversations/updates from the builder

I have also booked 1BHK flat in HEXWORLD project in kharghar. A letter of intent with allotment of flat in 27th floor block no-11 was issued in 2011. There after only false assurances were given from their office in kharghar. Now all contact numbers and addresses are not responding to any query.
Recently there was a news in DNA that EOW of Police registered a complaint against the builders of HEXWORLD for cheating and requested all aggrieved persons to approach them.Can any one help how and whom to approach or we all can approach in a group.

I had booked two one BHK flat for living with my family. I have already sent a request for cancellation of flat on 1 june 15. till today i have received no reply from their office.

I have already sent a legal notice to their office. but it seams al crocks are missing or left their office.

also, i have understood from some website that, builder has changed their company identity, now they are no more HEX prefixxed, HEXCITY is now called by CLANCITY...
