Cinema — delayed show timing

It has been experienced consistently that pvr sahara has no disciplined in start time of the show. Staffs roam here and there and they even not bother about the customer timings.
Very disappointing and sad moment.
It has to be escalated at higher level as they without any reason delaying their show timings and letting us to wait more than 30 min.
