Cinema — thefting of helmet

I parked my motorcycle honda shine no rj 06 es 5434 in parking with rs. 20 rupee receipt. My helmet was attached with my motorcycle. After completing the show when i came to my bike my helmet was not found me. When you i asked and complaind to gaurd staff they asked me that this is not their responsibility to care helmets. Cctvs were also available but they didn't help me. When we pay for safety why our luggage safety is not responsibility of gaurd staff. I need justice
