Cinepolis India — Amount deducted but tickets not booked Via CCavenue

I have tried to booked the 2 tickets for Gader-2 on 17th August 2023 through Cinepolis website. They are using CC Avenue gatway for their payment processing. The amount of 521/- was deducted from my account, but tickets were not booked. So I personally visited the Theater. Imperial square mall, Upper Star Bazaar, Pal Hazira Road, Adajan, Surat, Gujarat 395009, India
I met Mr.Dhiraj there, he said he will look in to the matter and my refund will be done in 5-7 days, but I still didn't get my refund back. I have write the mail to CC Avenue also, they are saying that they have processed the payment and pass on to Cinepolis India.

I have write the mail and gave the details to Cinepolis India, Initially they taken the details, but now their mailbox is not reachable. They are utterly careless for such complains.

Plz give my refund back
