Cinepolis India — Booking confirmation not sent after successful transaction | |||
I had booked 2 tickets for the movie Jungle Book (3D) on 16th April 2016 in Cinepolis, Sigma mall, Cunningham road, Bangalore. I purchased the tickets via debit card transaction from SBI. Although the transaction was successful I haven't got any sort of booking confirmation. The booking details are as follows.
