We have booked cinema ticket movie Janatha garage telugu for 12 sep 2016 4: 10pm seat l18, 17, 16 show at Cinepolis eta mall Binnypet Bangalore, mall was closed because of kaveri bandh we were not informed during ticket booking requesting you to refund the cash or in ticket form, we had contacted Paytmorder id -[protected] but not happy with their response, i hope you will kindly look into this matter and do the justice required, COST OF THREE TICKETS rs 801.72 kindly refund the cash as we just lost the cash requesting you to kindly refund
