Cinepolis India — Cinepolis India - Movie ticket not Booked, but money deducted from the account, showing Vista Error

I tried to book a ticket[protected] at 4.30pm. I selected the seat and entered the debit card details for payment. Money deducted from my account and the site redirected with an error message ''Vista Error". Please resolve the problem and refund my money back.

tried to book 4 premium seats online for Baahubali The Beginning for
7:05 show at Cinepolis Hubli. after payment using debit card the site
was redirected to cinepolis india website showing VISTA ERROR and no
ticket was booked. I lost my 720Rs . I request you to look into this
issue and refund my money.
