On 12 april i had book 3 online tickets but when i print the ticket using your kiosk, there is misprint of the date on the ticket it prints 4 dec 2015, as a result of which and of your staff i miss 30 min initial part of the movie. I want refund of my money or issue voucher for 3 tickets as per my convenient movie, date and time.
