This complaint was against cinepolis bhopal for my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding an incident that occurred with me and my brother during our recent visit on 01/11/23to Cinepolis where we had gone to watch "12th fail".

Upon arriving at the cinema, we approached the ticket counter to purchase ticket. To my astonishment, the staff at the counter flatly refused to sell us a ticket, insisting that we must purchase food along with the ticket. This requirement was not mentioned anywhere, neither at the ticket counter.
This experience left us in a state of complete dismay. It is not only disappointing but also infuriating to be denied a ticket for a movie simply because we did not want to purchase food at that particular moment. I believe that such policies, if they exist, should be clearly communicated to customers in advance, and the discretion to purchase food or not should remain with the patrons.
I want to SUE them for forcing us to purchase food along with tickets and playing with the sentiments of a customer
And request for repair
