Cinepolis India — For refund

Utpal Prajapati from Vadodara, Gujarat, India. I booked a ticket for Dunki at Inorbit Mall Vadodara (Gujarat ). The payment was done through phone pay. The amount was deducted but the ticket was not booked. I checked my email (including spam) but there was no confirmation email.
