Cinepolis India — Non refund of amount of failed transaction

I had purchased tickets for kapoor and sons on 20.3.2016 through netbanking for the show of 3:10 pm at cinepolis, db city mall, bhopal. But somehow the payment got failed and an amount of rs. 346.36 got deducted from my sbi a/c.
