[Resolved]  Cinepolis India — online ticket money deducted but ticket not issued

Address:Thane, Maharashtra

On 14th of sep i had booked 2 tickets online for ₹350 at cinestar majiwada thane w, money was deducted but ticket was not issued. I messaged cinepolis on twitter who assured me refund and asked me to book tickets again i did that.
Later after few days they revert saying they haven't received any payments.
I gave them receipt of payment for which they said they will get back but till date they are just ignoring the situation and giving me run around.
Request you to look into this matter
