This is to inform you that I tried to purchase an online movie ticket for "Captain America Civil War" dated 7/5/2016. I was using the Cinepolis App and after the online payment the App malfunctioned and I didn't receive any notification or email confirming my purchase. The next day when I tried to claim my ticket at the booking counter, they said there was no purchase history linked to my name or mobile number. I had to buy the tickets again to watch the movie. I filled a dispute form with my credit card company and they dismissed it saying that the merchant site had received the payment and thus 434.46 INR was charged.
I had been trying to file a complaint with Cinepolis India using their feedback portal on their website but the only thing I received from their end was the feedback registration notification of my feedback mail.
I have been charged with Rs 434.36 but I had received no service from them, and they didn't even acknowledge my complaints.
Please kindly intervene so that I can get the refund at the earliest.
