Hi,
I booked 2 movie tickets using your mobile app on 13/08/23 after payment was done your pathetic app redirected me to another page and then there was no ticket visible i don't even receive a message or email form Cinepolis team that my booking has been confirmed or not but i made the payment.After this incident i tried reaching the support but they are not available i emailed them at [protected]@cinepolis.com but wither they shut down their customer support or have provided the wrong email as I am unable to send them I always receive my mail back from poatman.
Kindly refund my money otherwise I will visit the consumer court.
