[Resolved] Cinepolis India — Rude & unethical behaviour of the manager (sunil rajput) with the customer | |||
Its the matter of date: 17 may 2016, i send my servant to book the tickets of the 10:45 pm show, (Money monster) but the person on the booking counter said its not rushy so can collet the tickets at the show time also, m busy right now. Then when i reached the theater with my entier family at 10:45, the person on the counter said the show of the movie money monster @ 10:45 has been cancelled. When i asked him how can u cancell the show without pre intimatin, he said we can watch any other movie @ free of cost, i asked him to call the manager (Cinepolis, d. B mall), his name is sunil rajput, he apolozied initally and said me to watch the other movie, tht was civil wars - captain america, i agreed and entered the audi 5, he (Sunil rajput) send the tickets to me. When i said tht person tht our tickets are on the free of cost basis, he refused and started misbehaving with my wife. Then i said him to call the manager (Sunil rajput), he came back again with the security and asked us to pay for the tickets or leave the audi immedietly. He misbehavie a lot. When we came down n met the manager (Sunil rajput), he started misbehaving, i think he was drunked or under the influence of some drugs, he was very rude and harsh, what he said was that this theater dose not belongs to his bluddy father in law, these cinepolis employees are not profesional i think so, these cinepolis recruting staff have stopped examining the employees well. Worst you people are. That bloody manager (Sunil rajput) was so rude and he started fighting with me and my wife. I will never go to this worst cinepolis theater and will make a good advertisment of their bheaviour and response with thier customers on the entier social media. That manager (Sunil rajput) started thretning me that i dont know him, he belongs to a very strong family, n if i ll argue with him more and wont leave thier bull cinepolis theater, i will be into trouble.
