We refer to the above subject and complaint for the sound and interruption occurred during the movie show for Sarabjeet movie booked in Cinepolis cross river mall.We got hugeninterruption which started from 11:25 am and yet we are having the same problem.All the movie watchers are waiting and there is no one to attend the service.We have paid and not.
