I tried booking tickets from your online portal for http://cinepolisindia.com/

For cinepolis viviana mall thane for the movie jungle book, but both the attempts were unsuccessful and my net baking account was debited, can you please check and revert the transactions so that i can get a refund of rs 3737.44.
