Cinepolis India — Ticket not booked but amount debited

Hi team,

Please note, i tried twice booking for two tickets through cinepolis.com for kabali show at 24th july 2016 sunday at royal meenaski mall, bengalore. The money has been paid through paytm wallet, but on confirmation page attached screen appeared. I havent received any ticket confirmation mail or message till now. Please find the below appended transaction details:
