Cinepolis — Refund Amount | |||
Hello, On 11th July at 12:01 PM, i tried booking tickets using your website http://www.cinepolisindia.com. I selected show timing and desired seats (5 seats). Then the site prompted for online payment, i made the payment using my debit card. After i made the payment it showed me some error and i didn't receive any ticket booking confirmation but the amount was deducted from my bank account. Here is all the information related to the transaction:- Cinepolis Account: [protected]@gmail.com Show Date: 11th July Show Timing: 6:50 PM No of Tickets: 5 Ticket Type: Executive Amount Deducted: 1357 Rs. Transaction Id: SB498800 Please see the attached screen shot of my account detail below. I hope you will resolve this issue as soon as possible and refund the deducted amount back to my account.
