Cinerewardz — Reliance purchased voucher could not redeemed due to non communication of cinerewardz employees

I purchased cinerewardz movie voucher from reliance retials. Its very pathetic o see that companies are befooling to customers and take away hard earned money of customers in the name of offering movie voucher in just rs 60. Neither reliance nor cinerewardz has proper complaint redresal cell to look after complaints. Some action must be taken by administrative authorities for these fake offers. This happened second time to me and unnecessarily things purchased from reliance of more than 1400 rs.
