Citi Bank India — Not efficient enough to make funds transfer

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a Filmmaker ( my last feature film " Burning Calcutta"award winning film )settled in Paris, France for 23 years and it's a pity that I never had such a bad experience like Citi Bank India .
I have been writing to citi bank since February 2023 and calling from Paris France each week twice and always they told me that fund transfer initiated, sometimes they said fund not going on some time they are saying fund refunded . I think they are not efficient enough to make funds transfer Internationally either they are lying to me . I never received any proof of what they are saying to me . I am an NRI resident of France permanently and I don't have any Indian number as well so I use my sister's number ...Sorry for that . I am really tired of following this from the month February 2023 until 01 August 2023 with no result . Even I gave them my French Account details where I received each month my salary & other funds . And the Citi Bank is saying my French Bank is not Identified completely which is completely false . So I request your authority to make a process and get my fund transfer either in my Indian account wherever I want or citi Bank must send me a French account . I enclosed the letter I sent to CitiBank India by my personal email which is registered with citibank india -( [protected]@yahoo.com) also enclosed the file which you can see in the explanation below. I am going to write to the PMO office India via the Embassy of Paris, France .
Looking forward to your kind collaboration in this matter urgently for International affairs and it's a fraude by CitiBank India . Thank you in advance .
