Citi Bank — Top up loan preclosure interest charge without DD encash | |||||
Sie, i had been taken on line top up loan of Rs 183000/- with in 4 to 5 days i had sent DD to his credit card payment, chennai by advise from citi bank customer care officer reason of DD not accept tenor 24 inplace 36 tenor this DD not encash by me, citi bank credit card officer has debited Rs 1480/- pre closer interest charge debited to my current month statement i had send e mail to India.Grievance.Redressal.[protected]@Citi but till to date no reply from them Was this information helpful? | |||||
