Citibank — about incomplete home loan statement.

Sir, I have received a home loan from your bank and my loan account number is 700808. I have received a statement againt my above mention loan for financial yera 2014-15. But this statement is not showing that this is a home loan and this certificate is given to me for the purpose for income tax rebate /claiming deduction under Sections 24(b) & 80C ------ of the INCOME-TAX ACT, 1961. because of these lacuna my office is not accepting the certificate. Kindly clearly specify that above mention loan is a home loan and principle and interest statement are issue for the purpose for income tax rebate.
