Citibank — Amount declined while card swipe showed me transaction failed | |||||
Date - 12 Dec 2016 Client - Citibank Description - I went to a Skechers shoe store in sector 14, Gurgaon and bought shoes for 3999.I swiped my card in their machine and it showed payment declined and thus I transferred some amount in paytm and paid them via paytm.But I came home and found out that the amount for that swipe was deducted from my account.I have called at the store around 50 times and they are not responding well and saying we haven't received.The Citibank helpline is also not useful as no one is picking up my call their due to some kind of issues going on within the bank .I tried calling them 100 times but nothing happened.
