Citibank — Blocked credit card without informing the customer | |||
Hi team, I started using citi bank credit card 3 months ago, and i have to say so far this have been my worst credit card experience so far. Just because i made a purchase for 50k within first two weeks of card issued, citi bank blocked my card without even confirming with customer and without even notifying the customer. How could they even block the card like this? I have always made my credit card statement due way before the due date. Even then your bank blocked my card this is really unacceptable and unprofessional. Re-activate my card right away, i need to make some urgent purchase on the card so would request citi bank to unblock the card or better cancel my card. Was this information helpful? | |||
