Citibank — cashback not received for rewards card

Dear sir,

This has reference to the caption subject, still my cashback amount not received. I had brought air condition on november 05, 2018 worth rs. 25500 from retail shop (Vijay sale, kalyan) in offer of 10% cashback on citi bank credit card. I paid all money using citi bank credit card (Rewards card) but still i haven't received my cashback amount. Please look into this on urgent basis.
