Citibank — CITIBANK credit bank enhanced paylite fraud

This is the CITI credit card fraud which I had seen recently! Beware of the fraud CITI bank if anyone wants to apply for credit card or any information. Recently I 'm facing a serious issue with the CITIbank credit team, especially the Bangalore team. I have been using CITI bank for more than a decade and called customer care for some information. Now the actual issue will arise, the CITI team has to route to the Loan team and explain the products. Even the customer is not in a position to listen and forces us to listen to the CREDIT product. One of the products, which I am talking about– CITIBANK ENHANCED PAYLITE. The team is explaining in such a way that it’s better than personal loan and gets a better ROI and Interest rate is depreciated every year. But the actual scenario is quite opposite which is not explained during the CALL. After applying for the loan and getting the report generated about the monthly payment and by seeing those things, you will be surprised by seeing the EMI you have to pay for every month.

I have raised multiple complaints and emails and even raised to a higher level escalation team but no response from them, So such kinds of frauds they were doing to the customers!!. I do have all email proofs and reference no. 'Citibank=[protected]'. Please let anyone guide or route to correct team to take an action on them
