Citibank — Citibank does not allow me take my own money

Hi,

this is to inform that i have been trying to reach out to your managers/supervisors from past many days and every time i call, am mislead and the executive to run away from her responsibility arranges a call back and eventually, no one calls and updates on the system that the customer did not respond.

Further today, when i called at around 11:30 am, i was mislead by Neha, that my withdrawal limit is set to 50K, however i was not able to take more than 4500 from the ATM. when i asked Neha to connect me to her manager, she then confirmed that the limit is 4500 and not 50k. Neha tried to mislead me and was very irritating throughout the call - listen to the recorded call.

further my withdrawal limit is 5 times a month - how can i fulfill needs of mine and my family with only 4500*5 a month.

take some action else let me know if you are not interested in keeping me as your customer and i will intimate the same to my firm and ask them to let me have another bank facilitate my salary account

Updated by Mayank_jha just now i got a call from number: [protected] and he abused me on my mother's name - is this what happens after making complaint to the consumer court - am some how very disappointed to be part of this sytem.
