Citibank — Closed My Loan Account [protected] and Provide NOC

Hello,

I am Gitesh Gandhi having PAN: AKJPG3263E. I was using CITI credit card which was closed long time back but till now it shows INR 12/- as balance amount from last 36 months which is damaging my CIBIL score. Even the card was closed on[protected]

So Kindly check my all payments and close this account immediately effect in my Credit Brue and provide NOC for this particular account.
