Citibank — Credit Card Expired but not received any new Credit Card | |||
Hi I have a Citi Rewards Credit Card ending with 4831 and it was expired on 05/2020. After expiring my existing credit card I haven't received any new credit card from Citi Bank but I am getting messages that overdue of the new credit card ending with 5058. I am frustrated with reaching with CITI customer care. either its horrible to reach over customer care or they will not respond to my queries. Till I have not received any communication from Citi bank regarding the new credit card information. but they are sending the overdue messages. I need to resolve this issue or what action I need to take please provide the suggestion. Since I didn't find any way to reach them but finally reaching to Consumer Complaints.
