Citibank — credit card late fee charges and interest | |
Hi team I need your help to solve this issue. During this pandemic rbi has promised that there would be no charges that would be added by the bank. However citi bank has charged me the late fee and interest charges also. All of the above there is no way to reach them or contact them. Its been almost 15 days but they send automated email but no reply to my questions Please help. Was this information helpful? | |
