HI CITI Credit card Team,
After so many times called to customer care dept., I am not getting any information or clarification. IT's really touching the customer that customer care itself doesn't have any information for CITI credit card (3515) and I never used it and they have uploaded that wrong information in CIBIL site. How can you do this? it's a proper torchers for anyone.
Really frustrating after so many calls and didn't get any satisfactory answer from customer care and I was really feeling torcher. No other option, going to register in the consumer forum for further processing.
I called so many times but i didn't get any information related to Credit card (3515) and never used this card then how can u guys upload the wrong information in cibil score sites. When i checked it was showing a low score and 1st of all without informing me why you guys have kept the cibil site now which also shows it got closed in 2018 with around rs 7xx hundred only.
I called so many times in your Customer care but did get any information and got another number. When I called and kept this CC number in the call it said it was an invalid card number and that number didn't have any option to call back or talk to the customer care executive.
I also raised the ticket (5731) but still didn't get any call back or response.
So could you let me know how you can do this where the Card Number shows invalid and Your Customer care don't have any information regarding this card number and No option to talk to the concerned department or call forward facility. I am trying to understand or get the information from last week but didn't get any proper response or reason to doing this in cibil sites and impacting my cibil score.
Please remove it from the cibil score site asap and confirm asap.
