Hi Team,

Citi Bank has charged me with heavy amount of interest fees on my credit card statement every month. Even when i have paid my entire billed amount the next following month they have charged me with 1355 amount without any reason. When I tried contacting the team there was no proper channel to contact with the team. When ever i call them they say my card is blocked but i receive the statement every month. I would need a detailed explanation on the charged occurred on my credit card for the last 6 months.
