[Resolved]  Citibank — Lack of good gesture

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

It was 9/1/2015, an old age person around early 60s went to CITIBank, gandhibazaar, bangalore branch for banking purpose. As a regular exercise of taking token and waiting for his number. The CITI cash keeper skipped his number and called the next token, The old man asked the employee, why they skipped the number but the employee was reluctant to give the answer and asked to take a new token. The employees behavior is act of low morality and it would affect the morale of Indians . It is a condemnable act and CITI bank employee having this kind of gesture would lead to downfall of the organization
