I have recd sms from your side that credit cards dues will pay in may 2020 from feb. To may 2020 as per rbi guidelines due to covid-19. But in your statement of march-april 2020 you have charged late fee and igst. Hence i hereby made payment "under protest". Please waive the late fees and reverse the same in next month statement.
