[Resolved]  Citibank — No response on applying for citibank credit card

Sir, My name is Parminder Singh Arora. I applied for citibank credit card a long back (around one and a half months ago). I also submitted the documents required for the same. However, on 21 Nov 14, I received a letter from your side (dated 17 Oct 14) stating that they are unable to process my application due to non receipt of required documents. I also tried several calls on the number mentioned in the letter[protected], but it is of no use. I could not talk to the customer care executive. Your representative has already collected my documents. Please send your representative to verify my residential address or kindly let me know the exact reason, why I am not able to get my citibank credit card till now. The reference number written on your letter is[protected]/89. Please contact me as soon as possible.
