Citibank — Non remittance of cheque

Yesterday ie on 08.03.17 in the evening I have remitted the cheque bearing No: 888796 to an a/c bearing No: [protected] on behalf of my son Sanjay Siddappa (K S Sanjay) in ATM machine Citibank m G road, bangalore.But after submitting the format the gone in side the ATM machine, but not received the transaction slip. Till now the cheque is not remitted to Citibank m G road, bangalore. It is requested to look in and oblige
