Citibank — ready credit account issue and customer care pathetic service | |||
Hello citibank management, I would like to inform that, citibank offered rs.100000 settlement amount on my citibank ready credit account. I received my salary on 28th sep 2018 of amount rs. 137991. Citibank has deducted all the amount and still i am unable to use my account for my personal use. I have called citibank customer care and collection centre but i am not getting required help. I am unable to clear my ecs of loan amount, i am getting fined for the same. Citibank confirmed me that remaining amount (Rs. 37991) apart from 1 lakh will be reversed in my saving account but i cannot see any reversal. I am looking for some positive response from citibank. If the issue is not resolved within 2 days, i will change my salary account to other banks and wont be using citibank anymore. Was this information helpful? | |||
