Citibank — refund not received | |||
This is to confirm that refund for amount 11627 rs has been successfully proceed on 5th april and it should reflect in my account by 15 april as per policy of bank but amount not reflect. Refund ref no 841386. I placed order with total amount of rs 11627 from amazon by citibank credit card on 23 march 2020 by emi option, but due to lockdown my order was cancelled and amount has been refunded successfully on 5th april2020 but still emi is on which should be closed as per policy said by amazon, kindly close emi and also refund the charge levied.
